Craig Moser, BSW, CRPS

Assistant Director of Programs

Craig Moser is a Certified Recovery Peer Support Specialist who has been in long-term recovery since March 2012. His journey began with a commitment to giving back to his 12-step fellowship and has since evolved significantly. Driven by a desire to help others, Craig explored various pathways throughout his recovery journey, including returning to school to earn his Bachelor of Social Work (BSW). It was during this time that he discovered his true passion for working with individuals affected by addiction.

Craig is dedicated not only to supporting others but also to utilizing his personal experiences to guide individuals on their own recovery journeys. He possesses the ability to connect with and relate to others, empowering them to initiate the positive changes necessary in their lives. In addition to advocating for those he works with and the broader recovery community, he is committed to teaching individuals how to advocate for themselves effectively.

Craig brings five years of experience as a peer coach, collaborating with private recovery programs and hospital substance use navigation teams. He has played a key role in the establishment of a residential substance use treatment facility and the design of the adult substance use care coordinator position within a hospital setting. Currently, he holds the position of Assistant Director of Programs at Recovery Connections of Central Florida. Craig is deeply committed to the belief in the inherent goodness of humanity and possesses a genuine passion for helping others recognize and value their own worth. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Craig prioritizes family life and takes pride in his roles as a father and husband. He enjoys spending quality time with friends, visiting the beach, and watching football and movies.
